Shipping And Delivery

We ship to all areas of the US.
If you want to know our carriage rates, just add what you want to purchase to the cart and postage rates will be displayed.
On orders worth $90 or more, shipping is free.
We use the most cost effective services available and our shipping fees are charged at cost price or less.
Wall Art unframed prints are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Framed, Acrylic and Di-bond prints will be shipped using either FedEx or UPS 5 - 7 day service. Unfortunately it is not possible to choose your preferred delivery company, as this is chosen by our external suppliers and producers. For shipments via USPS tracking is unfortunately not available. Parcels sent using FedEX OR UPS can be tracked and our customer services team will provide you with the number.
The delivery time of your order depends on the individual production time of your chosen items. The vast majority of our products are made to order and can between 2 to 10 working days since they are produced individually for you after you place your order. We recommend that you check the relevant information on the item's product page under the "Shipping Info" tab.
Once your order leaves our warehouse we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where applicable so you can track the progress of your parcel. If you're not at home when your package arrives you will be left with leave a notification card to tell you where it is.
Take the card to the collection point with proof of identification within seven days. If you do not collect the package within seven days then it will be returned to our warehouse
We are very sorry if you receive a notification that your package is coming back to us. A package can be returned to us for different reasons, such as an incomplete or unknown address (careful with auto fill-in in your browser!), multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal of the package or a failed pick up at the collection point. But don’t worry, just let us know if you would like us to send your package back out to the original address or if you’d like to have it sent to a different address, by getting in touch at [email protected] and we will take care of it for you.
As we’re producing your order individually for you "on demand", this takes a little while longer than if we held good in stock. It can take up to 10 working days (depending on the item category) to be produced. Once your order leaves our warehouse we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where applicable so you can track the progress of your parcel. Items shipped using USPS do not have tracking numbers. If you did not receive this message, please check what email address you used when placing your order and of course don't forget to check in your email spam folder too
